Ursula Moreshead

I've been a social worker with the state of CT since 1995, primarily with DCF and the DOC. I grew up in New London and have lived in Waterford for over 20 years where I raised my sons. I am a strong advocate for environmental protection and for the rights of animals. I enjoy spending time outdoors, whether it's gardening or hiking, and I'm an avid reader. I love our Waterford Public Library!
