Emmy Franklin

Emmeline (Emmy) Franklin is a Waterford native and a graduate of Waterford Public Schools. She holds a master's degree in social work from UConn with a concentration in Policy Practice. Emmy works for the CT Nonprofit Alliance, advocating for nonprofits in Hartford, and has experience working in state government. When she's not working or campaigning, Emmy can be found reading, knitting, or making pottery.
