About Billy

Billy has been a resident of Waterford for 30 years, and is a parent of a Waterford school system graduate. He holds a Doctorate of English and is a former Waterford High School teacher.

He is a proud veteran of the US Navy, and is a former member of the town’s Zoning Board of Appeals.

Billy will promote academic excellence, safety for students and staff in the age of Covid, and the effective use of community resources for our schools.
